About the Trauma and Stress Specialists Centre
TASSC has evolved after several years of a number of specialized trauma
practitioners informally working together. TASSC brings together
Psychologists; Counsellors; Psychiatrists; Physiotherapists; Masseurs;
and other practices including Hakomi and EMDR. One thing all the
therapists associated with TASSC have in common is specialized training
in working with traumatized individuals and/or those who are
experiencing significant stress; clinical experience and/or research
experience; and a belief in an individuals ability to overcome great
adversity.
