Winkie has extensive experience working with people recovering from:

She has specialist experience in working with both younger and older veterans recovering from Combat Related Posttraumatic Stress Disorder and its consequences within the family.

Winkie has a special interest, and experience, in working with younger and older adults:

• Coping with Life Transitions
• and Facilitating Life Style Enrichment

Winkie is also experienced working with people experiencing:
• Anxiety
• Depression
• General Psychological issues

Winkie’s experience and qualifications as an Occupational Therapist, combined with her experience as a Psychotherapist, increases the depth and diversity of the group of therapists at the Trauma and Stress Specialists Centre.

Winkie is a registered Medicare Provider and is experienced working collaboratively with referring General Practitioners or Psychiatrists. Medicare rebates are available for clients referred by their GP or Psychiatrist.

Winkie accepts self-referrals from younger and older adults. Please advise our Medical Secretary of your preferred therapist when you contact the Trauma and Stress Specialists Centre.
